Liverpool have had an initial offer for Lille’s defender Leny Yoro turned down. He is one of the most sought-after defenders at present.
According to Mundo Deportivo, the Reds’ bid of €50 million for the young player was rejected by Lille. The Ligue 1 team is willing to sell, but values Yoro closer to €70 million.
Real Madrid and Manchester United are also interested in the 18-year-old center-back. Yoro is under contract with Lille until 2025.
A product of Lille’s academy, Yoro made his debut for the club in 2021. This season, he has firmly established himself as a starter in the team formerly managed by Paulo Fonseca.
