Thomas Müller ends his career with the German national team

After 131 caps for Germany, Thomas Müller, 34, has announced that he will retire from international football after Euro-2024. He made his debut in March 2010 and shone at the World Cup in South Africa, becoming a star.

At Euro-2024, held in Germany, Müller played 56 minutes in two games, providing an assist in the win over Scotland, but Germany were eliminated by Spain.

His greatest achievement was winning the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, where he was part of the team that beat the hosts 7-1. Four years earlier, he had helped Germany to third place in South Africa.

Müller has scored 45 goals and provided 41 assists in his international career and is considered one of the best players in the German national team.
