Due to the recent passing of his mother, golf legend Tiger Woods has once again postponed his return to the PGA Tour. The 15-time Major champion withdrew from the Genesis Invitational, a tournament he co-organizes, just three days before it began in La Jolla, California.
“I really wanted to play, but I’m not ready yet,” Woods wrote on X.
“I prepared as best as I could because it’s what my mother would have wanted, but I still need time to process her loss,” he added.
