The Friedkin Group is paying £500 million (around 600 million euros) to buy Everton.
The Friedkins and Farhad Moshiri announced on Monday that the terms of the sale of Everton had been agreed between the two parties. The Friedkins have agreed to pay Moshiri 600 million euros to take control of Everton, reports Il Corriere dello Sport.
The first step, once the contracts have been signed and countersigned, will be to finalize work on Everton’s new stadium.
In theory, the stadium will be ready and operational by early 2025. And from then on, a new era in terms of revenue will begin.
