The English winger has ended his contract with Spurs, who confirmed his departure at the end of the season on Wednesday.
Five seasons after signing from Fulham, Englishman Ryan Sessegnon will leave the club on a free transfer at the end of the month.
Signed in 2019/20 from the Cottagers for 27 million euros, the left-footer did not fulfill the promise he showed in the youth ranks of the English national team and the Fulham first team, where he made 120 appearances.
After being named Championship Player of the Year, Sessegnon did not establish himself in the Premier League, making only 57 appearances for Spurs. He also had a loan spell at Hoffenheim. This season, he made just one appearance for Tottenham’s first team.
